Booking Procedures

• Please book appointments online, SNHS App or via phone at least 24 hours in advance and make sure to pay deposits via Zelle or Cashapp to secure appt.

• This ensures that the salon can manage its schedule effectively and avoid overbooking.

• Please note, if you speak with someone via phone and stylist hasnt placed appt on schedule before another client books an appt, the client that books online first will govern so please be proactive!

• All appointments require a 24 hr notice of cancellation!

Arrival Time Rules

• All first-time appointments require a consultation, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• There is a Grace Period of 20 minutes before a late fee is charged of $20 per 20 mins

Privacy & Safety

• We take pics and videos of hair/scalp before and after for content here at SNHS, please let us know if you are not comfortable with posting images online.

• We strive to ensure all clients are satisfied with their service here at SNHS, We understand that may not always be the case. If you’re unhappy with your style, please don't hesitate to speak up, although I'll be sure this is addressed after your service. As a reminder, appointment deposits are non-refundable.​

• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Clients who exhibit loud or aggressive behavior, violate the code of conduct, or otherwise pose a danger to staff and/or customers will be denied services and asked to leave the premises immediately.
